At Gala’s Gallery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our creations are handmade and carefully crafted, we aim to ensure that every customer receives high-quality artwork and products.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item was damaged during delivery
• You received the wrong product
• The product has a major defect or issue

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Because many of our products are handmade and customized, certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Customized or personalized artworks
• Used or damaged items caused after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Clearance or special discount items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

If the return is due to our error, Gala’s Gallery will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is requested for personal reasons, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

• Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted
• Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item
• Slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, or handmade finishing are not considered defects, as every handmade product is unique
